General cancellation policy:
Once bought, tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets can be exchanged for a different showing of the same production (subject to availability). To this end we charge € 4,00 in administration costs.

Corona cancellation policy:
In case you have to cancel your ticket because you have symptoms of COVID-19 you will be entitled to a full refund up to 48 hours before the performance. A medical certificate may be required.
If you cancel within 48 hours we can only refund you your ticket if we can resell it.
To this end we charge € 4,00 in administrative costs.
