Back from Systema Toronto HQ 2019 - Knife Work & Defense

In February, Systema Amsterdam visits strongly with 12 people. Vladimir Vasiliev at the Systema headquarters of Toronto for intensive training sessions with a great subject!

The subject will be the work from the new book by Vladimir Vasiliev EDGE - Secrets of the Russian Blade Masters.
We bring this knowledge fresh from the press to Amsterdam.

On both days we will discuss the use of the knife, defend against a knife attack and learn to see and feel the signals of the threat of danger and to act safely on this!

What do we do:
- work with a knife in hand.
- work with a knife threat / attack.
- recognize signs of dangers and take action accordingly.
