ANNUAL REPORT SEMINAR & X-MAS PARTY

This seminar involves showcasing the progress made during the year through challenging tests and high-pressure demonstrations to assess participants' skills and ability to apply Systema principles in real-world scenarios.
This day we will go over the material of the main topics of the work of our training and seminar we did in 2023 by repeating the drills and then showcasing it in front of the group too ad a little pressure en tension to see where we are at in oir training.

Short Work
Structure of Creativity
Working with and against the gun
Disarm your Tension

After the seminar we will have a X-mas party with some food and drinks to close of this amazing year of training at our school, seminars and friendship.
