Exploring Circling

In this evening you will get to experience the magic of Circling led by Ralf Westerhof, an experienced facilitator and Hypnotherapist. This event is organised within the Personal Development Group @ Internations.org.
 
What is Circling?
The Circle is a dynamic group process in which the relational aspect is central. Someone starts by sharing something that is now alive in them and this sharing creates an impact for everyone. Like a stone thrown into water, circles appear that move outwards. Everyone is touched by these ripples in their own way. Because this is also shared, a deeper understanding arises in everyone about how subjective and differently we experience things. Gradually it will become clearer which things we unconsciously believe. We show ourselves more and more and as a result we come closer and closer to our authenticity.
 
• What does it do to me when the other shares something?
• What does it evoke in feelings, curiosity or recognition?
• Do I dare to share what lives in me?
• Do others react as I expect?
 
Without striving for a specific outcome together, we move along organically with what presents itself. As a result, every Circle is different and surprising, often with the result that our realities are woven and a sense of authenticity and unity is experienced.

About Ralf Westerhof: After being focused on his career as an internationally showing sculptor and light artist for many years he ended up in Vipassana meditation in India. Here something opened up, leading to thousands of hours of deep meditation in the two following years. All these journeys/ trips into the subconscious led to a deep, embodied understanding of this realm. Becoming a Hypnotherapist was a logical step, in no time his practice became successful. Ralf does couple therapy as well as helping people over their fears of commitment and abandonment. A few years ago Circling came on his path and he became qualified and trained a group of facilitators in order to start a community in Amsterdam. A place where people can experience being in reality with other people. No façades, no need to be anything else then what we are. A safe place where we can discover who we really are and overcome our old social patterns. Where others will help us see our blind spots without falling into judgements. A community like a cocoon to transform  ourselves into full-fledged, emotionally mature human beings or butterflies..
