Flow drills to develop the skills to make it work in any situation

Use of shifting attention and awareness

How to set them up in dynamic and 'real' situation

How to condition your joints, tendens and muscles

How to escape from holds, locks and dynamic joint breaks

Use of objects for holds, locks and dynamic joint breaks

This seminar is highly recommended for beginner to very experienced any type of martial artist and people studying self defense. This will be a hands-on seminar yet safe environment to study and go beyond your limitations and gain knowledge, power and self-reliance.
