Outdoor lessen Fresh Fitness Amsterdam

From July 1, Fresh Fitness also has many outdoor classes for members and non-members. Pay attention! These classes are given at Fresh Fitness, the RAI or at the Adam Toren! See booking

Pay attention!
- if you have a fever and you are not yet allowed to catch a cold
- bring your towel and drink
- wash your hands before you come
- bring a mat for yoga, HIT, Shape and pilates
- bring some warm clothes for yoga and pilates
- bring your good mood, this is going to be so much fun!
