Piccola musica notturna Amsterdam

Spring is just around the corner, and like the crocuses, our concerts are springing up! On 26 March, you can dive into the magic of the Italian avant garde with young talents Wesley Shen (harpsichord) and Elisabeth Hetherington (soprano). Shen is a specialist in contemporary harpsichord music and a member of the ensemble Ugly Pug; Hetherington, the recipient of the 2020 Dutch Classical Talent Award, is in demand on podia both here and abroad. Together they will present a programme of works by Luiciano Berio, Franco Donatoni, Salvatore Sciarrino, and Amsterdam-based composers Michele Mazzini and Boris Bezemer. The programme will be performed on 26 March in collaboration with art gallery Looiersgracht 60 in Amsterdam as part of their Archive Series.
