POLYAMORY DEEP DIVE
Polyamorie is een relatiekeus met bijsluiter. Je geeft je over aan een leven vol ontwikkeling en nieuwe, soms confronterende gevoelens. Of dat nou gaat over die geheime fantasie, of juist over je angst om verlaten te worden... Doorhebben wat er speelt is soms lastig, in de hitte van alle emoties.
Tijdens de Polyamorie Deep Dive gaan we polyamorie doen. In plaats van praten en uitwisselen gaan we ervaren; uit het hoofd en in je lijf!
In gekaderde oefeningen nemen wij, Rosie Enorah Heart en Roos Reijbroek, je mee op onderzoek. Je aanschouwt je verlangens en de schaamte die daar misschien bijhoort. Je doorleeft je jaloezie en leert het op waarde te schatten. Je ervaart dat jij verantwoordelijk bent voor jezelf en dat jouw consent belangrijk is. Stapje voor stapje zoeken we de overgave op en gaan we contact aan met onszelf, een ander, en nog meer anderen (in die volgorde).
IN DIT WEEKEND LEER JE
- Contact maken met de achtergrond van je jaloezie;
- Schuld en schaamte onderzoeken en loslaten;
- Berusten in dat moeilijke gevoelens voorbij gaan;
- Een ander waarnemen en ondersteunen in diens open avonturen;
- Je wensen, grenzen en verlangens uitspreken.

OVER ROSIE
Rosie Enorah Heart heeft haar wortels in Utrecht en reist inmiddels de wereld over met haar workshops en privé sessies op het gebied van Conscious Kink en tantra.
Wat zijn onze diepste, meest authentieke verlangens? Degene waar we ons voor schamen, en die we geheim houden voor onze liefjes en vaak voor onszelf? Die verlangens zijn de focus van Rosie's werk. Hoe kunnen we communiceren over onze sexy wensen en grenzen zonder dat het ongemakkelijk wordt? Wat valt er allemaal te ontdekken op het gebied van intimiteit? En hoe ga je veilig op ontdekkingsreis?
Rosie heeft ruime ervaring met het werken met mensen met verschillende genderidentiteiten en relatiestijlen. Haar kijk op tantra en seksualiteit heeft een queer invalshoek.
Rosie heeft zowel de Urban Tantra Professional Training Program van Barbara Carrellas als de Temple Whore en Conscious Kink Practitioner Trainingen van de School of Erotic Mysteries in Londen gedaan.
In 2017 is ze uitgeroepen tot Sekswerker van het Jaar tijdens het jaarlijkse Sexual Freedom Awards gala in Londen.

OVER ROOS
Haar fascinatie voor relaties en seksualiteit dreven Roos al vroeg richting polyamorie. Nu, met tien jaar veldervaring en een rits diploma's op zak, is ze relatiecoach bij De Vrije Ruimte en initiatiefnemer van De Meerminners. Haar pragmatische, no nonsense insteek helpt haar het onuitgesprokene bespreekbaar te maken, of dat nou gaat over angsten, verlangens of opgekropte frustratie. Zowel uit professionele als persoonlijke ervaring kent Roos de mooie en moeilijke kanten van consensuele non-monogamie.
Als publiek spreker verzorgt Roos regelmatig workshops en lezingen omtrent non-monogamie, voor oa het COC, GGD's en voor studenten, maar ook Pluk De Liefde en Extended Love Café.

POLYAMORY DEEP DIVE
Polyamory is a relationship choice with complications. You give yourself over to a life full of development and new, sometimes confronting emotions. Whether it's about that secret fantasy, or about your fear of being abandoned ... Knowing what's going on is sometimes difficult, expecially in the heat of emotions.
During the Polyamory Deep Dive we will practice polyamory, in the literal sense. Instead of talking and sharing, we start to experience; out of the mind and into your body!
In safely held exercises we, Rosie Enorah Heart and Roos Reijbroek, take you on a journey. You will behold your desires and the shame that perhaps comes with it. You will live your jealousy and learn to appreciate it. You will experience that you are responsible for yourself and that your consent is important. Step by step we will explore connection with ourselves, another, and even more others (in that order).
IN THIS WEEKEND YOU WILL LEARN
- To connect with your jealousy;
- To investigate guilt and shame, and let it go;
- To find peace in letting difficult feelings pass;
- To Observe and support another in their open adventures;
- To express your wishes, boundaries and desires.
WE WELCOME
- … all relationship constellations (solo, couple, throuple, ...); the exercises are geared towards more-than-two.

ABOUT ROSIE
Rosie Enorah Heart has her roots in Utrecht and is now traveling the world with her workshops and private sessions in the field of Conscious Kink and tantra.
What are our deepest, most authentic desires? The one we are ashamed of, and which we keep secret for our lovers and often for ourselves? Those desires are the focus of Rosie's work. How can we communicate about our sexy desires and boundaries without making it uncomfortable? What can we discover in the areas of intimacy? And how do we safely go on such a journey?
She has extensive experience working with people with different gender identities and relationship styles. Her view of tantra and sexuality has a queer angle.

ABOUT ROOS
Her fascination with relationships and sexuality drew Roos in the direction of polyamory early on. Now, with ten years of field experience and a long list of diplomas, she is a relationship coach at De Vrije Ruimte and initiator of De Meerminners. Her pragmatic, no-nonsense approach helps her clients to discuss the unspoken, whether it is about fears, desires or pent-up frustration. From both professional and personal experience, Roos knows the beautiful and difficult sides of consensual non-monogamy.
As a public speaker, Roos regularly organizes workshops and lectures on non-monogamy, for the COC, GGD and for students, but also Pluk De Liefde and Extended Love Café.
