In most Vinyasa classes students flow through Chaturanga Dandasana multiple times. Despite how prevalent it is, this transition is not a simple one and often not broken down. Repeating these movements without the proper awareness creates stress on joints, while the benefits of the postures are not experienced. This workshop will break down the proper alignment, transitions, and modifications you need to move with ease and clarity. All levels welcome. Everyone will walk away with a deeper awareness and understanding of their breath, body, and practice!
