Leiden Waterpolo Invitational

Stichting Top Waterpolo Leiden and Topsport Leiden organize a major international water polo tournament in Leiden on the weekend of 4, 5 and 6 January.

The ladies from ZVL-1886 play in swimming pool "De Zijl" against international top teams like LUC Métropole from Lille-France, CN Sant Andreu from Barcelona-Spain and BVSC-Zugló from Budapest-Hungary.

50% of the income from tickets goes to a charity (xenia hospice) in Leiden that was chosen by the ladies of ZVL-1886 !!

The weekend tickets are on sale until December 1, so you can watch all the top matches of the tournament. These tickets are slightly cheaper than buying separate day tickets. From 1 December it is possible to buy day tickets.

The tournament schedule is as follows (subject to changes):

January 4:
19:00: ZVL-1886 vs Lille
21:00: BVSC vs CN Sant Andreu

January 5th:
09:30: BVSC vs Lille
11:30: ZVL-1886 vs. CN Sant Andreu

19:00: Lille vs. CN Sant Andreu
21:00: ZVL-1886 vs BVSC

6 January:
10:30: 3rd / 4th place
13:00: 1st / 2nd place
