Maury Yeston’s December Songs is a poignant and intimate song cycle inspired by Schubert’s Winterreise. This collection of ten songs tells the story of a woman walking through a wintery Central Park, reflecting on lost love and personal memories. With captivating melodies and poetic lyrics, Yeston captures the melancholy and beauty of the season while telling a universal story of loss, remembrance, and hope. December Songs is a modern classic that evokes deep emotions and leaves a lasting impression.

In the second half of the concert, you’ll be taken on a nostalgic journey through the charm of the Golden Age of Broadway. Our carefully curated repertoire offers a sparkling mix of romantic highlights and witty cabaret songs, performed in a style that brings the magic of the past to life in the present. Don’t miss this special event!

People under 25 can enter for free, but have to reserve a seat nonetheless in order to keep track of the seating. But keep in mind you may be asked for your id when entering.
