Dear friends, as you know, the 24th Tribute is long sold out. As per usual, we have an after party on the Sunday afternoon and like in 2022 we will do the after party in Cafe De Zon. For this, a separate ticket is needed which you can order online or make a reservation by email and pay at the door.
Ticket price is 10 Euro.

Doors open at 3PM that Sunday the 5th of March and the first band is Double Dutch Blues Project. This band plays a variety of blues with songs you would recognize and can sing along and dance to. And they even do some Rory stuff, which is not so odd as the singer is festival co-organiser Jan van Bodegraven and on bass they have Dave Burns, who needs no introduction. Along with Hans Duyn on the harmonica, Rob Verkerk on the guitar and Gino van der Spree on drums, they give you an hour's worth of fun and music.
After a short break the band Loaded will climb the stage. This 4-piece band plays a full set of music of the dutch band Carlsberg. Carlsberg had 8 hit singles and 4 albums in the late 70ties, early 80ties. They originate from the area known as IJmond, Wijk aan Zee also make part of the area. And the boys from the band Loaded come from that same area, so you can call it a home match. Started in the year 2000 and playing successfully for a few years, they return now to play a sterling set of their heroes once again. James de Groot on vocals, Ben van Egmond on bass, Marco Metzelaar on guitar and Leon Groeneveld on drums.
