From 16-08-2020 Esther de Reu Fitness Official has many superfun workouts outside for members and non-members!

Pay Attention! These workouts shall be given in Amsterdam in Amsterdam nieuw West at multiple locations + also outside @ RAI in Amsterdam!

Location 1 = in Amsterdam nieuw West in Kasterleerpark
location 2 = in Amsterdam nieuw West @ Sloterplas next to OSDORPPLEIN @ the water
Location 3 = in Amsterdam nieuw West @ SLOTERPLAS next to restaurant OEVERZICHT
Location 4 = in Amsterdam @ RAI outside in front of main entrance D

The tabata workout + ABS & CORE workout & de Booty workout have a duration of 30 minutes.

This is for everybody! you can participate with these workouts when you are 16 years or older!
