We’ll work on musicality, coordination, feminine styling and confidence — perfect for feeling free, powerful and alive.

Sensual Ladies – 20:30
A more fluid and sensual experience focused on body awareness, technique and expression.
This class is about softness, control and connection with your body.
Open level – suitable for all levels, with variations.
